Hi, I'm Vasheti Quiros, founder of The Spark Exchange. After nearly two decades as a nonprofit Executive Director, I learned what it's like to carry the weight of an entire organization on your shoulders—fighting for funding, supporting your team, and trying not to burn out in the process. Now, I help growth-stage nonprofits raise more, lead better, and rebuild with clarity.

Before founding The Spark Exchange, I was an Executive Director in the nonprofit sector for nearly two decades. I led organizations, raised millions, fought for budgets, and tried to protect my staff—and myself—from the exhaustion that comes with this work. Eventually, I couldn't. Like so many leaders in this space, the mission was real, but the support system wasn't. It nearly broke me.
The Turning Point That Changed Everything
So I stepped back. I rebuilt myself from the ground up, examining every lesson learned through years of leadership, fundraising challenges, and organizational transformation. I took the hard-won wisdom from my time in the trenches and created something different—something that honors both the mission and the human leading it.
That journey became The Spark Exchange, a consulting practice laser-focused on one powerful truth: nonprofit leaders deserve to thrive, not just survive. Now I help growth-stage nonprofits raise more money, lead with confidence, and rebuild their organizations with clarity and sustainable systems that actually work.
